Statpad Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Statpad LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and utilization of the Statpad mobile application (“App”). By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you affirm your understanding of, and agreement to, these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

Users must be a minimum of 13 years of age to establish an account and engage with the App. By registering, you warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Misrepresentation or failure to update account details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely accountable for the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account shall be presumed to be authorized by you.

2. Subscription Plans

Access to premium features, including but not limited to team creation, player profiles, and member management, requires an active subscription. Fees for such features are available on our website or the relevant app store.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable and are processed in accordance with the terms set forth by the applicable app store.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription status.
The Company retains the right to amend subscription fees with prior notification. Continued use of the App following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

3. Payment Processing

The Company uses RevenueCat as a third-party payment processor to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that RevenueCat will collect, store, and process payment information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable laws.
The Company shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by RevenueCat or other third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to RevenueCat’s terms of service and privacy policy before completing any purchase.

4. Access and Data Management

Upon expiration of a subscription, your ability to create, edit, or manage content will be suspended. However, read-only access to your data will remain available.
You may submit a formal request for data deletion by contacting agustin@statpad.io. Following verification, the Company will permanently delete the data, which will be irrecoverable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from any misuse or misconduct.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
- Engagement in unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities.
- Disruption of the App’s functionality or interference with other users.
The Company reserves the right to investigate and initiate legal action against any breach of these Terms.

6. Termination and Suspension

The Company may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, access to premium features will cease, and any unsaved data may be permanently lost.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App are the exclusive property of the Company. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated herein.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion. Continued use of the App after any such amendments indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
