Introduction

Statpad LLC (“Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we do so.

This policy describes:

• The data we collect via the Statpad mobile application (the “App”) and why we collect it.
• How we use and protect your data.
• Your rights and choices regarding your data.

By using Statpad, you agree to the terms in this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who Can Use Statpad?

Statpad is not meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from kids. If we find out a child’s data has been collected without parental consent, we’ll delete it. If you’re a parent and have concerns, contact us.

What Information We Collect

We collect data in two ways:

• You provide it (when you sign up, use features, or contact us).
• We collect it automatically (through app usage data and analytics).

A. Data you provide

• Account Info: Your name and login method (Google, Apple, or email/password).
• Location: We require users to list the country where their team is based in. No real-time or precise location collection.
• Team Data: Player names & stats, team names & stats.
• Payment Info: We use RevenueCat to handle customer payments (Statpad does not have access to credit card details) and store user purchase history.
• Support Requests: If you contact us, we keep records of your messages.

B. Data we collect automatically

• App usage: What features you use and how often
• User ID: Each user has a specific user ID in our database
• Location: We only collect which country a user’s team is based in. No real-time or precise location collection.

What information we share

We don’t sell your personal data. Nor do we directly share or transfer your data to any other companies or third-parties. However, we use trusted third-party services to collect your data and store it within the Statpad infrastructure, each of which has privacy policies that you are agreeing with when choosing to use our product:

• Firebase & Google Cloud: Handle authentication, analytics, and data storage (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)

How we use your information

• Run and improve the app
• Let you sign in and access your account
• Store and display your team stats
• Process payments and subscriptions
• Analyze how the app is used to improve performance
• Contact you about updates or service changes

Your Rights & Choices

• Request a copy of the data we have of you
• Delete all your data via in-app settings, or ask us to delete your account
• Opt out of marketing emails (if we ever send them)

How we keep your data safe

We use Google Cloud, Firebase, and RevenueCat, which follow industry-standard security practices like encryption and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. If we ever have a security issue, we’ll let you know.

Legal compliance

• CCPA (California) – Your right to know what data we collect and request deletion
• GDPR (European Union) – Your right to access, delete, or correct your data
